GTI Roadster Vision Gran Turismo: Digital Dreams Made Real

The Volkswagen GTI Roadster Vision Gran Turismo is a one-off functional prototype that debuted at the 2014 Wörthersee festival. Originally a digital concept for Gran Turismo 6, it features a 3.0-liter twin-turbo VR6 engine producing 503 horsepower. This radical design study showcases VW’s engineering prowess, with a carbon-fiber monocoque interior and a dramatically shortened MQB platform. It represents a unique fusion of virtual automotive design and real-world engineering innovation.
