The Speedster mirrors the Codalunga coupe from 2022, a design that continues to impress.
Following Pagani’s tradition of extending the life of iconic models, the Huayra receives new iterations even after the Utopia’s debut. The latest masterpiece from San Cesario sul Panaro, Italy, is the Huayra Codalunga Speedster, an open-top variant of the longtail coupe introduced in 2022.
Pagani Huayra Codalunga Speedster Review: Design
The Speedster closely resembles the Codalunga coupe, distinguished primarily by its open-top configuration. It features a wide grille above an integrated front splitter, and a lower windshield enhances aerodynamics. A hardtop roof with a large glass panel is available for inclement weather, seamlessly blending into the sculpted body and covering the V-12 engine.

The streamlined design is accentuated by the elongated rear, which slopes down before rising into a subtle spoiler. The taillights appear to float within the rear fascia, and the six-outlet exhaust system includes four central tips arranged in a square and two additional outlets integrated into the rear diffuser.
Pagani Huayra Codalunga Speedster Features: Interior
Inside, the cabin showcases Pagani’s signature ornate style, featuring hand-stitched leather, solid-milled metal accents, and an array of physical controls. The carbon-fiber steering wheel boasts a mahogany rim with aluminum rivets. Wood also adorns the gear knob, which connects to an exposed linkage, emphasizing the Codalunga’s classic, engaging character.
A new fabric, intricately embroidered, covers the seats, door panels, and center console, echoing the quad-exhaust design. Each embroidered element comprises 450,000 individual stitches.
Pagani Huayra Codalunga Speedster Specs: Engine and Performance
The engine remains the twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V-12, sourced from AMG, a Pagani staple. It delivers 852 horsepower and 811 pound-feet of torque, matching the Utopia. This engine is paired with a seven-speed gearbox from Xtrac, available in either automated manual or full manual configurations, driving the rear wheels. This marks only the second Huayra to offer a manual option, following the Huayra Epitome from the previous year.
Production of the Huayra Codalunga Speedster is limited to 10 units, fully homologated for global road use. Deliveries are slated to begin in 2026. While the price remains undisclosed, the Codalunga coupe was reported to start around $7.4 million, suggesting a similarly substantial price tag for the Speedster.
