The 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron is offered in 50 and 55 trims, though no exterior badging distinguishes them, and they share the same price. The 55 is the better choice, offering more power, improved range and charging, and a suspension tuned for enhanced handling.

The Audi Q4 55 e-tron boasts a combined power output of 335 horsepower, an upgrade from the 295 horsepower of the 2022 Q4 50 model previously tested.

The Q4 Sportback 55 has an EPA-estimated range of 258 miles on a full charge. In our 75-mph test, our vehicle achieved 220 miles.

The Sportback model’s roofline is 0.7 inches lower than the standard SUV version.

It’s questionable why one would pay an extra $3000 for the Sportback, which offers less interior space and more challenging rear-seat access than the conventional SUV. However, the option remains available.
